Open House Ministries West — Vancouver, Washington
Open House Ministries has been one of our longest and most cherished partnerships. In the past, we've supported women coming out of incarceration into the special suite of rooms at their main facility — delivering beautiful new bedding that helps signal a fresh start.
This spring, that partnership took a new step.
In partnership with Columbia Presbyterian Church, The Linen Closet is delivering full bedding sets for three apartments in the new Open House Ministries West family shelter — an exciting new development in Vancouver, Washington that continues the vital work Open House Ministries has done for years.
A family shelter is a different kind of need. Children are watching. The environment matters in a deeper way. A made bed, fresh sheets, a warm comforter — these things communicate stability and care to kids who may have experienced very little of either.
We are proud to be part of this new chapter and grateful to Columbia Presbyterian Church for making it possible alongside us.
