Most often, we deliver in person where we can meet the people doing this important work and learn more about the communities they serve.
Who We Are
Founded in 2018 by Lynn and Susan, The Linen Closet began with a simple idea: that new sheets, towels, and bedding can offer comfort to people rebuilding their lives. What started in Vancouver, Washington, has grown to serve transitional housing organizations across the country — from Hawaii to Florida and many places in between.
Rooted in the belief that practical care matters, The Linen Closet works to support organizations serving individuals and families moving toward stability and a fresh start.

A new partnership in New Jersey. Younity in Lawrenceville supports victim-survivors of domestic and sexual violence across Mercer County, and their Transitional Housing program is where our sheets are headed.

On Good Friday, The Linen Closet collaborated with the St. Francis Piece Makers quilting group in College Station, Texas — pairing their handmade quilts with sheets donated to Sleep in Heavenly Peace, which provides beds to over 800 children a year in Brazos County.
