40 Rooms of Hope — Kasper Recovery Housing Prepares to Open

August 26, 2021

Sheets, comforters, and pillows bundled into matching sets for Kasper Recovery Housing

Kasper Recovery Housing — Vancouver, Washington

Kasper Recovery Housing is a transitional facility opening in May 2021 in the old Value Motel. It will be a place of hope for people in recovery, coming out of prison, and those needing a helping hand.

Mr. Kasper, now a successful businessman, bought the derelict motel to breathe new life into an area fraught with problems. He attributes God for changing his life while he was in prison — and now he wants to help others experience a life of freedom.

The Linen Closet committed to providing all new bedding for all 40 rooms at the recovery center. Through your generosity, 29 rooms were already covered by the time of this writing — and counting. It is truly a blessing to see the support of friends and family for this endeavor.

The photo above shows how we bundle sheets, comforters, and pillows into matching sets before taking them to Kasper Recovery Housing. Your overwhelming support allows this ministry to help people and provide them with comfort, hope, and dignity.
