Our Mission
We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our mission is to provide comfort, hope and dignity to people in crisis by donating new linens to transitional housing organizations. Our donations are delivered to organizations that provide shelter, services and support individuals and families.
Who are We?
We are a mother-daughter team who created The Linen Closet in 2018 to share the love of family and home with people rebuilding their lives. The Linen Closet is our way of serving others. Our hope is that through this nonprofit others can establish nurturing and safe lives fro themselves and their families.
Where are We Now?
Our mission of love is growing! Thanks to the faithfulness and generosity of our donors, what started in Vancouver, Washington has grown to serve multiple cities across seven states.

The Scope of the Problem
People are continually moving into and out of transitional housing facilities. People in these facilities may be coming out of incarceration, rehabilitation, human trafficking, physical and mental abuse. Many in transitional housing have physical and mental health challenges, coupled with anxiety, loneliness, and financial challenges.
